Join CHUM (City of Houston Underwater Mariners) for our June meeting, Thursday, June 20th at Jake's Sports Bar on Chimney Rock. We will be having a speaker from Montgomery County Precinct 1. They will be discussing Public Safety diving which is always a fascinating topic since many of us do not normally operate in that capacity. If you have every considered becoming a public safety diver or interested in volunteering for roles in this field, this is the meeting to come check out!
We'll also be learning about upcoming Fling Trips and our summer dive and social calendar. We have plenty of events on the calendar already like Spring Lake and iFly with many more surprises in store. CHUM meetings are a great way to learn what's happening with the club and socialize with other divers and find some new dive buddies.
The meeting starts at 7:30 pm and will officially end around 8:30 or 9:00. Arrive early to order drinks, food & socialize and feel free to stay late and visit. Everyone is welcome, so come on out and see what CHUM has to offer, and as always, there is no need to be a member to join us. See you there!
