Join CHUM (City of Houston Underwater Mariners) for our August meeting, Thursday, August 16th at Jake's Sports Bar on Chimney Rock. Barbara Thomson with Dive Pirates will be our Guest Speaker. She is going to talk to us about her organization, the work they do, and the recent changes they have made to the organization. It should be very interesting!
In addition to hearing about the Dive Pirates, we'll also be learning about upcoming CHUM dives/events like Flower Gardens Trips, Travis, St. Arnolds and other great activities we have planned. CHUM meetings are a great way to learn what's happening with the club and socialize with other divers.
The meeting starts at 7:30 pm. Arrive early to order drinks, food & socialize. Everyone is welcome, so come on out and see what CHUM has to offer, and as always, there is no need to be a member to join us. See you there!
