hey there my name is gabi, im from the san fernando valley but im going to uc berkeley this fall. im just finishing up my advanced certification and was wondering about spots to dive up near berkeley or san francisco.

Hi Gabi,

From Berkeley and the rest of the bay area, your best bet is Monterey, about 1.5 to 2 hours south. There's also good diving up in the north coast, about 1.5 to 2 hours north. Noticing the trend?
