I think you've posted in the wrong forum. This forum is for Public Safety Divers, who are usually associated with
police and fire departments, and do stuff like body and evidence recovery. Note: I am not a PSD, but look in
here occasionally for a different outlook on things.

All that said, I've been around Monterey diving for a long time, and I've never seen a list of "master divers",
whatever that means.

Why do you want a list of Master Divers? Are you looking for a guide, a safe dive partner? I agree with Chuck, post in No Cal and just be clear what you are searching for.
