Any nice ponds/lakes in Moldova? I've visited Kishinev a few times...and have heard of Lake Bac? I've never really explored the countryside there...but this September I plan to visit some friends in Falesti - small town in the Northwest of Moldova.
Are there any nice natural clear ponds/lakes. I imagine some of them might be nice ie. possible artifacts and relatively untouched. Any places near Falesti? Are there any nice springs? Any places on the Danube or Nistru. I imagine a remote crystal clear pond or spring by a medieval ruin... where nobody has ever dived... ; ) Free Diving and/or Scuba...
