Modified IST dive light with aspheric lens

Up for sale is one of Packhorse's modified IST dive lights with aspheric lens. This light has been my trusty backup for the last 100+ dives. Selling because I moved onto a canister primary setup and won't have a need for two backup lights

Light does have moderate wear but still lasts about 1.5 hours on a full 18650 Li-Ion. Two 18650s will be included with the light, as well as charger, identical to one at following link: DealExtreme (DealExtreme: $7.10 OEM 2*18650 Lithium Battery Charger (110V~240V AC)). Brass bolt snap pictured is also included.

Can you take a pic if the lens, describe any wear / scratching on the lens itself?

How are the o-rings? how's the tailcap spring?
What circuit board did you get in yours? E.g. 2 mode, 5 mode...?

I have one of the lights, I want to pick up yours for my partner.
I'd like to negotiate the price, depending on specs of the 18650's (I'm pretty flush for li-co cells). I have no use for the charger, let's keep it out of the mail to keep costs down.
