I just don't log dives
I have a Novae Products: 12W Dive LED Cree MC-E Dive Light 900 Lumens that will very shortly become my standby light the problem is it doesn't have a way to attach a clip. I was thinking about maybe getting some shapelock and makeing a little cap for attachment purposes has anyone done anything similiar to a light?

This light?

With all the grooves on the body, you might consider getting some line, knotting both ends and making a u shape out of it, then putting a zip tie at that last groove on the end. Tighten the zip tie over the loose ends and add a bolt snap to the end of it.

Mine has a hole in the end that cave line fits through. Just attached a bolt snap.

Yes it is that light mine doesn't have a hole though. Thanks for the zip tie idea I might just have to try it.

I've been using the zip approach and it works out fine. Only difference, I used think bungee cord.
