Have you tried other places aside from Malapasuca? Like Coron or the Mactan Islands? If not, you should consider going there. Just saying,

I have never been to the Philippines and I am a cave and wreck diver but this trip is with my girlfriend that used to work in Cebu so we are going there for a visit and she is a new diver that likes nature and small stuff.
I have a feeling that we will come back to see the wrecks sometime.
