Does your ScubaPro dealer also work on Atomics? That would surprise me as they're often competitors in the same area.
So servicing could require 2 dealer visits - one may not be able to get parts for the other.
Or void the warranty if there is one if they're not authorized dealers.
Technically will it work - Yes. A reg tech should be able to easily balance them. And your other 2nd stage.

they'll work fine together
That said, why Atomic over the scubapro Air2? Basically the same, they both suck equally when compared to a traditional inflator/secondary second stage combo, and will make servicing easier
