Look at the ask the pro section someone asked same wuestion and they said it does.

But unless your plannning on doing the switch yourself you may just want to pay the few dollars more and get it from your LDS as with mine if you buy it from them they install it for free
 
Yes it can (according to LeisurePro's "Ask the Pro"). It also works on the MK11 (which is essentially the same as the MK17 without the dry chamber).

ScubaPro is pretty standard across there regulators.

The complicated part is getting the yoke off. Apparently ScubaPro has a tool to get a hold of the nut that is pretty much blocked by the yoke.

Getting the DIN on is fairly easy and you can find the service manuals on-line.
