It's clear things are going from strength to strength.

In Feb thus year there were 9 juvenile black tips, we used to see them each morning and evening around the boardwalk. We and some friends took villa ultara. Not sure I'd stay on south beach, while it looked lovely, I'm not sure I'd like the hike over the hill twice a day
 
I stayed in the north-east end bungalow too, 2nd to the last one & still able to see nice red-sky sunset every evening that week. The south beach are more like villas for big groups or family traveling together. The villa utara (north) are designed for couples. I thought the south beach has also restaurant there so you don't have to go up and walk over the hill for having a meal.

We may go back in Feb and only the South Beach villas are available - same price as Water Cottages. I agree about the steps -- too many to be convenient. but they said we cold take a water taxi anytime except the lowest of low tides.

It's so much money that we might not go. It look to be pretty close to $10K for two for 9+1 (8 diving days).
