have gotten many phone calls and emails so..
This past weekend there were 2 incidents off of the coast
The first was a woman on one of the other charter boats in the area who had had a major operation many weeks ago and whom we assume her doctor had cleared to dive. She came up after the first dive with major pain on the incision area. It is assumed she tore something open.
The second was a gentleman with a group of friends on a private boat from a nearby town that went to the sub. I am very sorry to say this gentleman passed out in the water and was never revived. From what we were told it did not sound as if anyone had done anything wrong so the assumption is that he had a heart attack.
We hope the young lady is well and will be back diving soon!
We send our heart felt sympathy to the young man's family for their great loss.
