hi guys my wife wants me to buy her the aqualung mikron (PINK) any suggestions
If she wants it just because of color the atomic also has pink faceplates.
If she wants it due to small size, then have her look at the mares proton she dives reg.
If she wants it because it's pink and made by aqualung then I recommend you go and buy it for her for valentine's day!!

....well, if pinkness is an issue, also buy her her own reg bag, that way no pinkness can rub off on your own reg....

I just got back from a holiday in Vanuatu and took my travel reg set with me (which is the Aqualung Mikron). One thing I notice a lot more than my Apeks XTX 200 regulator (my usual regulator I use at home) is that the bubbles get right in your face on exhalation. It may be fine for your wife, but it was a little annoying for me.
The small size of the 1st and 2nd stages is a big plus in my books. The entire regulator set weighs a lot less than my Apeks rig, which is great for saving carry-onluggage weight if you're travelling by plane.

I think that the apeks flight may come in pink too.... supposed to be the lightest reg out there.
