Middle east update

Hello to everyone again from the land that rain forgot (or so I used to think)....

I have been peeking in here every so often to see whats been going on in So Cal and it seems like you had one heck of an exciting time at the last wrinkles dive.

To those of you who keep up with the news I am right in the middle of all that media coverage of the Dubai ports deal so you probably saw where I work on TV (CNN did a special that had alot of video of here).

I will finally be returning to the states in September (I hope) and I will most definitely be making an appearance at the Wrinkles dive. diving out here has been pretty blah lately due to low vis and heavy currents. But on the positive note im still diving in shorts and a T-shirt (although everyone on the boats think im crazy). I tried explaining to them what its like diving in good ol cold Cali.

To everyone interested, I am going to plan a day or two of diving at Catalina while im back in Cali and would love to see everyone out there if they can make it... not sure exactly when, but ill post more when the time gets closer. Ill probably stay out there and dive all weekend so any day you can make it out there would be awesome.

Missy, pick a good place at the shores that is around 130-140ft... I wanna finally see what it feels like to get narc'ed since I still havent felt it while below 100 ft.... also we have to make a trip back to Marineland too.... Thats something I cant leave cali without seeing again... (rock entry only though)....

We can go hunt for the Cabezon Cruiser at LJ Shores... Ahhh and Marineland.. maybe "Grumpy Bear's" ears won't be clogged from a cold next time.. LOL
You'll have fun with your new camera too~ lots of things to take pics of
