Mid-Atlantic Regional Council on the Oceans survey.

This survey is gathering information on current recreational uses for the ocean area between New York and Virginia. This information will be used to do future planning for this area. I would strongly recommend that the diving community get involved so our needs are properly addressed in any future planning.
