If you don’t mind me asking how much was the mf2 and snoot on Black Friday? Thinking I might wait until this years Black Friday
Hi Jerry, I paid A$749.00 (US$468.55) at todays exchange rate. Note it included the snoot.

The black friday deal was close to $180 off a bit more if you bought the muck stick and some batteries.

That’s pretty good, not in a rush anyways so that will give me incentive to wait a little

Exactly! Maybe TTL that works with all not just RC would be a nice addition
Not a fan of TTL 👎

I don’t blame you, when it works I’ll take it, when it doesn’t I go manual. I do like having the option though, I don’t always have the time to dial in quick enough. What would you like to see the next mini flash do? Or are you happy with the mf-2?

I use and MF1 and solely for snooting or as a back up, which came in handy back in 2022 when I was in Indonesia and one of my YS-D2s failed half way through my trip.

I'm quite happy with the MF1 to be honest, but I do like the opportunity to fire the MF2 remotely from another position to backlight etc., and that tempts me a lot 🤣

Yes the remote firing could be fun to play with, and I won’t complain with a brighter focus light. But content with the mf-1 for now unless I get a deal on the mf-2
