It was sold to me and fits like a glove in the water. However, it is a bear to get in and out of. I am 6'6" with 180 lbs. My jeans are 34" waist and 34-36" inseam. Chest is 37". If you are any bigger in these dimessions I would go with the XL. I had the XL as a loaner and it was too big in the belly but much easier to don and doff.
