Great to hear you are Ok. From the reports the damage was not to serious.
Love the picture, the movement of the trees, compared to the stationary buildings makes for an interesting image.
My father said it was the sound of the hurricane that was the worst part. They used to sit them out in the basement with the whole family (13 kids) and all the pets and valuables and the hatch battened down. Hoping that when the storm was over there would still be a house above them.
He also said that they left the windows open so that the roof did not get sucked off the house, not sure if that was an old wifes tale.

I'm safe , Hurricane passed just south of this.
Anyhoo, this is a shot I took during the hurricane.....
Using a generator now, public power won't be back for a while..
