I've never heard them call Dee-Rags. We refer to them as Do-rags. You know a hair-do therefore do-rag.
If you walked into a Harley shop and asked for a Dee-rag they might not know what you're talking about. The Harley shops have the best selection, however, the scuba shops around Dallas are taking the hint and they've found some with nautical and fish prints.
