where the Herod's ruined harbor is.

No lobster for you Rabbi. But try monk fish in bisque, it tastes the same. We will let you kvetch in here (to a point).

conditions're much better than in mexican bay.
in other words u can see 10 meters ahead with no problems.
10 meters equals 3.5 feets about.
 
What's the average water temp?
