May I use an inflator hose for gasoline?

Fuel line - hose, braided hose, and metal tube - is cheap and readily available. I'm not sure why you would want to use anything else.
If it was me, I’d get CARB-compliant fuel line - it’s tested to the same qualifications OEM line meets. But if the inflator hose is nitrile, it might work. EPDM hoses and o-rings don’t like polar solvents, petroleum is polar.
 
It's not about hose, I use a fuel hose, no problem.

It was about Inflator coupling, shradder inside.
Ah, in that case, you’ll be OK. Ford, GM and Mopar(what we call Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram and now Fiat/Dacia/Lancia as well) uses Schrader fittings in their fuel systems.
