depends on the B.C.D. you are referring to. usually the lift capacity is stated for the model and brand.
 
Anything from 20lbs to 100Lbs and the same brand name can have different lift capacities depending on model for example OMS has a 45, 60 and 94 lb lift capacity that I know of.

30-40lb for single tank diving. 40-60lb for doubles and stage bottles. The rest is an overkill IMO.
 
This is the biggest optional bladder I've ever seen is the Dual 85lb. Big Bertha from Zeagle. Works on any Zeagle modular product. Big Bertha Redundant Bladder Assembly - Optional Bladders - BCs - Zeagle Dive Systems

Still 85 LB as the other bladder is a backup, OMS makes a dual 94 LB lift wing (model BC188-K) but still only a 94 LB not 188 LB rarely would you need more than 60 LB of lift even less with a single tank.

Oh, I get it, you can only inflate one bladder at at time...170 did seem like overkill unless you salvage anchors.
