I was told that if I have a weight intergrated BCD that I shouldn't put the max. weight in the BCD pockets, is this true????? The manual states that I can

I can only guess that someone was trying to explain that the more weight you put in a weight pouch, the more stress on the velcro or other closure, and the more likely it is to fall out.
