Max air 35 challenges

About a year ago I bought a used Max Air 35 diving compressor. but it gives me some challenges. after changing the filter I can fill approx. 6-7 diving bottles and then the the air starts to smell or maybe taste a bit of compressor oil? Does anyone know the Airmax 35 enough to help find a problem? note I am not in a place where you can send the compressor to services, and getting parts is very expensive and time consuming.

I can't help you with you MaxAir, but your question would have better visibiliy over in the compressor section.
