Why didn't you give a direct answer instead of posting 5 absolutely irrelevant one(#6-10) in the beginning?

MOD should remove posts #6 - #10.

Any responsible company, big or small, would have refund without unnecessary delay!!!
 
Just returned from a 5 day Bahamas Master trip. Their shark diving is phenomenal, the way they structure shark dives, exercise total control underwater is very impressive. But the boat itself was probably the worst liveaboard I was on, very tiny cabins, marginal food (8 of us got some food poisoning on the last day). I was on another Master boat - Truk Master, it was a much better boat.
