Can anyone recommend good dive company’s for Marsa Alam that’s serious about diving and not snorklinv and discover scuba, going to be diving with my kids 14&15 both have AOW kids have 40 dives and I’m MSTD so can look after . How advanced is the diving ideally I like to do elphinstone reef , can you do with from local companies on day trips ? staying jaz rivera and recommendations appreciated also other sites worth a trip

Check these and see if they will work for you and your family:

But unfortunately Marsa Shagra is a bit far for diving every day.
Have a look at Scuba Word Divers located on site and what they offer. Eventually get in touch with them to see if they fit your requirements and whether they will allow you to dive alone with your kids. I don't see why not after having had a check dive with a local DM.
They have some good dive spots on their list, so that should be fine.
Note, however, that for Elphinstone the requirement is AOWD with at least 50 dives. They may be pedantic about this.
Nearby alternative would be Extra Divers Fayrouz, located 2-3 km north.

No sure that I understand you, far for what? He will be staying at Marsa Shagra and diving there.
