Maxbottomtime's post in the redondo map thread reminded me.
On tuesday, me and some fellow divers from the LA Underwater Explorers group went out on Ocean Defenders Alliance boat Clear Water. Kurt (the boat's captain) heard there was a new net hooked on the platform. The net had dragged the platform almost 100 yards and was hooked pretty good.
So me, Heather and Karim Hamza, and Steve Milington went down and got as much as we could in two dives. We pulled up almost 400 pounds of nets!
I filmed the trip and will be posting the video as soon as I finish.
