This is copied from an email I received because it explains it better than I can. The deadline is next friday and you can win a trip to the Galapagos! Can't wait to see the winners of this one:
The Marine Photobank is hosting our 4th annual ocean conservation photo contest, calling on photographers to donate images illustrating the many human impacts on marine life and marine ecosystems as well as ways in which people are working to turn the tide on ocean degradation. The September 30th deadline is rapidly approaching and we need your help!
We ask that you spread the word within your networks about our efforts to highlight the plight of our ocean ecosystems and the life they support as well as human impacts leading to species decline. Twitter, Facebook, Newsletters, Websites, however you can help, we greatly appreciate it.
For more information and material to help you get the word out, visit the photo contest home page: OceaninFocusConservationPhotoContest2011
Thank you for your kind support.
