Mares Volo ??????

I know there were some issues with the old Volos cracking, and i beleive these were replaced with a newer model with this fault remidied.
can anyone tell me what the new ones are called? are they the Volo race?

Now those are still a hinge fin... if you're talking about the next evolution past the hinge fin, their newest stuff is the Quattro that borrows some of the hing technology and makes the Quattro Excel.

My brother is using Mares Volo Power, and during a dive last winter, one of the fin blades literally broke away from the foot pocket...!

Just took my Volo Power back for a refund. They started to tear away at the ends. Rep said it is a common fault but should not get worse. Wasn't prepared to wait and see.

Never used one myself but the 2 DM candidates who I am doing my DM with are finding cracks on their Volo Power. But those who are using Volo Race don't seem to be having such problem.
