Mares Vector 1000

Hi all here in this corner of Scubaboard,
Looking at buying a second hand Mares Vector 1000.
Looked it up on Mares site, but the one there has red accesories on it and looks a littlke different. Can a kit expert here tell me how long Vectors have been around and as this one is all black with no red attachments or buckles, how old, or what year it would be from?
Any ideas please?

The Mares Vector 1000 has cheap pockets. I was going to get one, but a diver told me look at everyone that has them, all the pockets are ripped. And he was right. This was the older ones without integrated weights.

Mares first generation Vector 1000 had no red bits and wasn't weight integrated. It was introduced in the mid 90's.
