Anyone have any opinions on the mares R2 Rebel for strictly warm water tropical diving?? or should i get the aeris atmos pro?? any major differences.. be brutal thanks

Since you live on St. Lucia, you should first determine which local diving store you are going to look to for reg servicing & repairs. Then, ask the repair guy at that shop for his recommendation.
For example, my reg repair guy on Grand Cayman refuses to have anything to do with Mares & calls them a "dysfunctional company." I use Apeks & Scubapro regs.

ok ok well the thing is i live in st lucia butt i go to school in the states so that would not be much of a hassle for me as the LDS here deals with many brands and those they dont, they usually send it to partner shops. However I'm thinging of getting the Atmos Pro now with the viper octo any opinions?

I too am thinking about one of these two... not sure who services what around here.. that would probably make my decision for me.
