Mares MV Cracking pressure

Hi all,

I'm currently putting my MV back together after a revision and can't seem to find the recommended cracking pressure for it.
Does anyone know the recommended value?

Not sure what Mares suggest but if you are doing it for your own use, it somewhat depends on your preferences. I tend to use .75 inch water column for my regs. That is a good bit lower than is typically recommended, most regs call for 1 to 1.25 with a little higher for octos...Setting one that close shortly after a rebuild will almost certainly require it to be readjusted as the seats settle in. Not an issue if you DIY but it's a pain for a shop since they will have an unhappy customer there with a freeflowing reg.

So about the same value as their other regs. Considering the somewhat different shape of the MV I thought that, maybe, other values might have been necessary, but I I'll go for these then.

Readjusting the reg after a while is, indeed, no problem...
