Mares Icon BC

I'm a new diver and I'm looking to buy the Mares Icon BCD. I like the BC's type and the double tank straps. I have only used the Ladyhawk, but I don't like the integrated weight system (no quick release). I wish it had a small pocket and I'm worried about the lift. Can anyone tell me what the lift for a small Icon would be? (PS: I know the Icon is designed for men, but I don't like the women's model)

The small has 41 pounds/20kg of lift.

I think one of the things the Mares web site needs is a size and lift chart for both bcd's and fins.

Is there a link on line to find the sizing charts for the fins or bcd's?

Hi all,

The Icon utilizes the same bladder in all sizes. Actually it is 45lbs of lift for all sizes. I know I'm splitting hairs, but to some it may make a difference.

I think Mares is coming a long in leaps and bounds. We can see that in the customer service as well as the products and the fact the range is becoming a complete range for divers from bcd's, to regs to floats, safety buoys and clips.
