FWIW El Cantil is further south in town almost across the street from Chedraui and next to Cozumel Palace. I am guessing 1.5 miles from Villa Aldora.

I was thinking Cantamar condo's.
Stop on by anyway. Dave offers free shore dives at the Villa for those diving with Aldora. You might like what you see and decide to stay at the Villa the next time. Good friendly peeps at the Villa. There will still be a cold one waiting for ya while I'm there. I'm still trying to figure out how to be there full time.

EDIT: El Cantil in my mind was/is Plaza Los Glorias. I used to get picked up at their pier when I stayed at Summer Place Inn (before Dave opened Villa Aldora). PLG used to welcome us there to use their facilities post dive back then. It was great. We had some good times there. I'm not sure what goes on there now though. Can you still walk through the lobby and use the pier to get picked up by any dive op FOC?

Missed ya last year Mark. Can't wait to try out the new Oxygen Analyzer you soldered together. We have to put the next one in a pelican box or have weather proof the box we have.

If not on the boat I'm sure we'll see ya at the Villa. El Cantil is right next door to the Villa and weather permitting I'm sure you'll be boarding your vessel from there like the rest of us diving from the northern zone. We normally have cold adult beverages on ice right outside the door of the suite post dive. Sunsets are nice under the palapa with good friends and lots-o-post dive BS'in. Stop on by for a cold one!

I think you might be thinking of Cantamar Joe . Looking forward to seeing everyone!

Mikey, don't know ya but I like what your proposing ...
Count us in. Probably be ten or so of us from Villa Aldora. Can't be Thursday as that's two for one Lionfish at La Perlita. El Moro is closed one night a week and I can't remember which night that is? If still closed one night a week, I hope it's Thursday as it will not interfere with My Lionfish eating for cheap plan. La Perlita will also grill your Lionfish catch if your so inclined (may take advantage of that too). There maybe a BBQ we have to attend? I'll post when I'm down there with a date for El Moro slot and La Perlita plan. Glad to have ya thinking of an El Moro party.

Ten more days for us until we get there! I've been really looking forward to getting there and seeing everyone and enjoying some great diving, but with all this talk about El Moro and La Perlita I'm starting to get hungry too!

How about that? I believe El Morro is closed Thursday. Might or might not do a Wednesday night dive so probably stay close to home if we do. Have to convince the other 2 that it's worth trying the night dives. Our last 2 were a bust (salt cay and the Brac), Salt cay was dull and on the Brac we ended up getting swarmed by hundreds of thousands of blood worms, uck!
