Has anyone stayed at Marazul lately? I did a search but didn't come up with much. Also looked at Trip Advisor but most recent post was from 2009. We usually stay at All West, but they are all booked up for the time we want to go so we are looking for other options that might be comperable.

Thanks for any help. BK

It's been getting good reviews because of the management. Google "Marazul Trip Advisor reviews" and you'll get all the updated reviews. We were also looking at Nos Krusero Apts. but they do not have a pool or ocean front.

I am pretty certain they have a pool now, but no oceanfront, across the street.

At Marazul you have to be careful that you have enough electricity. Odd arrangment, but make sure of that. Hate for the power to go off at night and not be able to get it back on until the next day. You just have to watch your useage.

I was glad to see your post because I was thinking about this place down the road. There are a lot of listings on VRBO. Seems that price is consistent but units can vary quite a bit. The idea of reading my book by a pool after diving is appealing. However, I don't believe they have a tank room. Here is a link to a review in 2011:
