Looks like an Underwater Kinetics but that type of knife was likely sold under several different brand names.

I enjoy sometimes making other peoples lost knife sheaths from webbing similar to these

They are all used. We have two green, one yellow and one blue available. The blue is the only one that shows signs of corrosion but could easily be buffed out.

It seems to be many different brands of this knife. I have been in contact with Scubapro. They have a knife called SK T Titanium that have the same handle as mine (my knife is blunt, theirs is not). The sheath for both Scubapro and Promate are identical. I got the spare part number for their sheath and will try to order this from my local dive store. Thanks for all suggestions. Much appreciated.
