On two seperate days last week I saw what has to be a mantis shrimp. They were both green with big yellowish eyes, one was about an inch, the other around 3 inches. They moved too quickly to be a worm, and I can't think of anything else they could have been, they looked more like peacock rather than a pistol shrimp or a split-thumb mantis. I can't find anywhere where it says if they inhabit the area. Both times I tried to grab my wife to show her, but they were very skittish and I did not get to see them for long. They were both in crevices in coral heads between 20 and 40 feet. Anyone have an answer?

Small Spanish Lobsters? We saw some in Curacao last week. Although they might've been Slipper Lobsters.

Yep, definitely seen them myself too.

Usually electric blue tails when fanned out, emerald green carapace and yellow/gold around the eyes.

Fast little buggers when you try to photograph them!
