Hi all,
I’m planing a LOB trip for November 2018 and looking for some input from people who regularly dive in Asia. On the menu are Maldives, Philippines or Indonesia and I would love thoughts on boats/itineraries and opinions of the three.
For context. I’m relatively experienced (for a recreational diver) and comfortable on advanced dives. I have done some land-based diving in the Maldives and Philippines (both were fantastic). Never been to Indonesia, so Raja Ampat and Komodo sound particularly alluring. However… I’ll be traveling with a friend that’s just getting into diving. Not sure I should take him to, what is considered by many, the best diving destination in the world. Coz where do you go from there?
