Would you wear the belt at waist level or on hips for scuba?

Thanks for the question! The answer is, wherever is most comfortable. The elasticity and "tackiness" of the belt (especially the silicone) will make the belt "stick" to where you place it. No sliding and spinning or shifting normally.

I think in general, once you realize you can wear it low and it will remain secure, then you will probably like it low on your hips, which places it well below the scuba harness and in a position that does not impair abdominal breathing as discussed in the video above.

The improvement in comfort is pretty significant for most people, especially since they can adjust it up or down to reduce low back strain and enhance their comfort.

We have many customers who use them for scuba and several members of this forum have them as well. Our silicone belts are a pretty new product and are really a top of the line product.
