This forum was very helpful with learning about building a stick so just wanted to say thanks and share my setup / progress

Also, if anyone sees something I am missing or suggestions for improvement I am all ears.

Still need to get a o2 tank and fixed mount the hardware

Everything was purchased off Amazon or local
Hardware store.

Some things I did on my own

5200 a diverted for O2 sampling in the downstrea pipe

Stainless steel baitwell screen for initial filter
(The main filter is the one mounted to compressor)

I made the major pvc parts unscrewable for cleaning, service, and transport

Flashback arrestor on the regulator to safe the high pressure o2 cylinder

I used my existing portable nitrox analyzer for sampling (will get a separate independent O2 sensor to cross reference the tank after filled)

1) I don't seen an inlet filter just the debris screen
2) The outlet pipe is downright tiny, what size compressor is this for?

Yes just a debris screen for higher flow and to keep the bugs and big stuff out. The main filter for the small stuff is the "mann" one currently used on the compressor.

This stick will be used with my Bauer Capitano.

The intake tube is 3/4 inch PVC pipe that will clamp inside of the flexible intake hose. I also have a Oceanus and Mariner Compressor . All three currently use 3/4 inch intakes with no issues.

Solenoid cutoff switch for shutting off the O2 flow if the compressor powers off so the O2 doesn't keep flowing into the machine.

Great idea! Do you recommend a specific solenoid model? I would love to do this but haven't seen much in detail a bout what to buy or how to set it up? ( I am thinking its wired to a NO or NC screw in the compressors Magnetic Start Switch box?). Also thinking I would need a different O2 sensor device (I am using the quickstick) to integrate the solenoid? If so the solenoid may be a little more technical than I want to deal with at the moment but great safety idea for a future upgrade. Unless you have a suggestion otherwise?

Yes but that's like 2-4cm long. Extending that to, for example, 2m creates more resistance and the mixing baffles create still more resistance. You generally need to upsize intake hoses significantly to keep from starving your compressor for intake air
