Make your own "Cinch/Glide Harness Adapter/Harpa"

Thinking about to make it more easy in and out of the system so i wonder in what way you would make your own adapter for easy in and out

If anyone had any suggestions i would appreciate it very much

I tried google scubaboard and clinch and never made it there
