How did you like Makaha? such a fun site!!

Enjoyed the heck out of it. This was teh second dive of the day. We went first to an old Mine Sweeper that was sunk for reef. My first Ship per say. Excelent Vis cool fish. But with the 5 hour difference and the price to get there and back I may just stick to the Caribean :)

The Mahi is Oahu's first artifical reef.....can't find more eagle rays on any other wreck around here ;) Glad you had a good time

Yes, though the Wife and I had our signals mixed we were able to get to the Bow of the Mahi. we saw a school of eagle rays gliding by and some great Corals on the ship. I have GOT to drag the wife to more diving so we can get it straight. I stopped to let her catch up on the decent and she stopped because I wasn't moving. LOL we understood that for the second dive, I will NOT leave her 15 feet away from me. She is my dive buddy and I feel 15 feet is too far away, especially 15 feet above me in the water. We understood that the second dive and Makaha Caverns was great.

I would suggest either of these dives to anyone visiting. Just drive on past the Tent cities and get to the harbor. You will not regret it. Capitan Bruce will even transport you from Wiakiki.
