Hello, would like to know how to perform maintenance in the Classic Kiss MAV and filter. The MAV appears to be easy to disassemble, and it is explained in the manual page 51:

But do not know the orings material and sizes, nor how the filter upstream filter is be cleaned.

As per Narked webpage, ( 20 micron filter for KISS valve (MAV) ) appears to be a 20 micron filter. Not sure if ultrasounds and some cleaner (soap, diluted vinegar solution would do. The size and material of the filter orings is not indicated either.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Do you have the stuff so you can measure and feel how hard or soft they are

Not sure if the „valve body“ here refers to the cmf orifice/mav (probably not)
But could be good to consolidate the info about orings
This is what I got from Kiss

Spirit Orings
4- 240 head
4- 45 x 3 base
2- 28 tower
2- 224 counterlung
8- 127 hose QD (4 for Hollis BOV)
1- 112 Valve body
2- 128 Hollis BOV
1- 220 OPV
