maine diving

will be diving nubble light on sat 8-17,is there some place else to dive in the area just in case we get there too late to get a parking place?I am camping up in wells so someplace north of cape neddik would be better.thank you

I'm not very familiar with the Maine dive sites, but what we've done in the past at Nubble is... Drive through looking for a spot. If it's a bust, pull up to the bench and drop off a couple of things [and your buddy to guard]. Do another lap. Drop more stuff off, lap, drop more stuff, etc...

The worst thing that happens is it takes so long to find a spot, your buddy already has both his and your stuff all together!
