The main forum page appears to be the only one that is botched. Once you drill down one level the menus appear as expected...

Hey, check out that first image I posted. The upper left, above the "add to Yahoo" image. Note the "-->". Now, what does THAT look like to you? 
Oh, I'm sure that you can see it. But it is hard to fix something I cannot reproduce.

You have an imbalance of comment chars starting just below the internal tag "never posted message". There is no closing comment char set for that chunck of code, and the beginning comment falls into the javascript code "function log_out()". It appears to be an attempt to stop the display of the "Edit your profile" message that started showing up yesterday...
