I just don't log dives
Would like to hear any thoughts some of you may have about this product or something like it for doing macro work:

MacroMate Flip Lens for Bluefin Underwater Video Camera Housings

I have been thinking of getting a dedicated macro lens but it seems like the above product would give a shooter the flexibility of flipping the lens in place when you want to get the close-up shots yet still be able to flip it up when the whale shark swims by. Well maybe an eagle ray. :D

Great product and it works. I had one when shooting a Sony A1U in LMI's Bluefin housing. My first one currently lives at the bottom of Wakatobi's reef somewhere in about 80 feet of water. The next one was the attached version and served me well until I switched to the Sony FX1. I highly recommend this product.
