I just made some purchases from my local dive shop...among them are a SeaQuest Pro QD+ and a ScubaPro LadyHawk. They are on back order.

I was talking with my father-in-law the other day and he asked if it came with the inflator hose (the low pressure hose that goes between the 1st stage and the BCD inflator mechanism - not the oral inflator hose). I have no idea.

Do most BCD's come with this hose, or will I have to buy a couple of them?

Thanks!

Mark

The 2 sets I've bought in my life (a backinflate BC, then a wing) both came with an LP hose. you can send a PM to Scubatoys, they would know more than I would. FWIW, having a spare LP hose in your Save a dive kit isn't such a bad idea.

They all come with them. Even the cheapest thing we can buy includes a power inflator hose. It's common around here for dive shops to take them off the bc - and sell them to you later... but that's just not right... They should give it to you with the BC.

If they don't come with one then buy one and beat the guy that sold it to with it because he just ripped you off. Be sure and get your monies worth when you beat him.
