For sale are a used set of LP 95 doubles, born on date 1997, hydro'd in 03, 08, 13, and 17 so will definitely need a hydro and VIP. They are currently filled with about 1000 psi of 18/45 mix, and I haven't dove them in a while. $400 local pickup only in the DC/Southern MD area.
