Good catch from a fellow North Carolinian!!

Well the CraigsList ad said that the sale was to fund a move.. so perhaps the OP moved from GA to SC.. quite possible. The SB ad was posted after the CraigsList ad. I would just suggest caution but I would not make any assumptions just yet.
I eagerly await the OP's response.
