Black rubberized weights, rubber belt, steel latch, left on the beach where people launch their kayaks. I was there when the whole incident with the two divers being rushed to the ambulance was happening. And.... I kayaked out without my weight belt.
I noticed it wasn't with me when I got out to the edge of the kelp and by the time I paddled back to the beach someone had already taken it. A person on the beach said someone had taken it and was going to "post it."
